Intracorp unveiled plans for its first Austin development, 44 East Avenue. The project will be a high-rise condominium tower at 44 East Ave. in the Rainey Street Historic District. The Canadian developer also recently opened an office in the Capitol City, led by Brad Stein, to handle Texas operations.
44 East Avenue will offer 350 for-sale residences, with a mix of one-and two-bedroom units. Also for sales will be penthouse and three- and four-bedroom units. The 51-story development on Lady Bird Lake will include 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 500 parking spaces.
